Bandai

The entertainment juggernaut that owns the Gundam franchise. Though the animation is done by Bandai's Sunrise subsidiary, Bandai has a lock on such key merchandise as videos, laser discs and model kits. The company offers a range of Japanese-language Web sites to showcase its products, including a great Gundam-specific site.

Gundam Perfect Web

 

Launched in August 1998, this is Bandai's official Gundam Web site for the Japanese audience. It provides comprehensive coverage of new toy and model releases, highlights other merchandise like videos and games, and has a nice collection of series info.

The animation studio that fills our empty lives with the glory of Gundam.
